If our building/office door is locked, please use the Self-Check-In feature to notify your counsellor of your arrival. Our counsellors often work outside our admin team's hours, if you need to contact our office after 4pm Monday-Friday or on a weekend/holiday, please email your counsellor directly (their email is on our website's contact page).
